The Burton APEX LED Surgical Light AP160B22 is a dual ceiling-mounted LED surgical light built for operating rooms that need two independently positionable light heads over a single field. Each 22" diameter head delivers up to 160,000 lux at 1 meter with a color temperature in the 4100–4300K range and a CRI greater than 97, giving surgical teams bright, true-color illumination of tissue with minimal shadowing.

Burton's tri-lobe LED optic design, arranged in 12 modules of 6 LEDs each, is engineered specifically to reduce shadowing from surgeons' hands and instruments. This AP160B22 configuration ships with 850 mm and 1000 mm arm lengths and a long down tube, suited for rooms with higher ceilings or larger equipment booms. Each light head weighs just 13 lbs, mounts on a spring-balanced suspension arm with unlimited rotation and up to 75° of vertical tilt, and offers 5 dimming levels plus a dedicated Endo Mode for endoscopic and minimally invasive procedures.
