Price Match Guarantee

At Mediplies, we work hard to offer competitive pricing on every medical supply we carry. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical, in-stock item from an authorized U.S. retailer, let us know and we will do our best to match it. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident that you are getting a fair price every time you shop with us.

What Qualifies for a Price Match

To be eligible for a price match, the competitor's offer must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be identical to the product sold on mediplies.com, matching the brand, model or manufacturer part number, size, and quantity or pack configuration.
The competitor must be an authorized U.S.-based retailer that ships within the United States.
The item must be new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase at the competitor's advertised price.
The competitor's total price, including shipping and handling, must be lower than our total delivered price for the same item.
The lower price must be current and verifiable at the time we review your request.

How to Request a Price Match

Requesting a price match is simple. Email our customer service team at customerservice@mediplies.com with the following information:

Your name and, if you have already placed an order, your order number.
The name and product page of the item on mediplies.com you would like matched.
A direct link to the competitor's product page, or a clear screenshot or advertisement showing the lower price, item details, and availability.

You may request a price match before placing an order or within a reasonable time after your purchase. If your order has already shipped, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusions

Some offers cannot be matched. Price matches do not apply to:

Clearance, closeout, liquidation, open-box, refurbished, or used items.
Limited-time promotions, doorbusters, flash sales, coupon or promo-code discounts, rebates, and bundle or volume pricing.
Prices from online marketplaces or third-party sellers, such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace, where the item is sold by an independent seller.
Membership-based, wholesale, auction, or password-protected pricing that is not available to the general public.
Pricing that results from typographical or pricing errors, or offers from unauthorized dealers.
Taxes, financing offers, and free-gift or gift-card promotions.

Response Time

We review every price match request as quickly as possible and will respond within one business day (Monday through Friday, Eastern Time, excluding holidays). If we need additional details to verify the competitor's price, we will reach out to you directly.

Final Approval

All price match requests are reviewed individually, and final approval is granted at the sole discretion of Mediplies. We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing, limit quantities, and decline or modify any request that does not meet the conditions of this policy. We also reserve the right to update or discontinue this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
