SHIPPING POLICY

At Mediplies, we ship exclusively within the United States using verified domestic suppliers and carriers. Every order is processed quickly, shipped with tracking, and fully insured from our warehouse to your door.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 days processing + 3-7 days transit = 7-12 business days total
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 days processing + 2-3 days transit = 3-5 business days total
- Overnight/Priority: Same day processing + next business day delivery (orders must be placed before 12PM EST)

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

INSURED DELIVERY
Every order placed on Mediplies is fully insured at no extra cost. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund your order in full.

Coverage includes:
- Lost packages not arriving within the estimated window
- Packages marked "Delivered" but not received
- Items visibly damaged upon arrival
- Partial losses on multi-package orders

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Email customerservice@mediplies.com within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
We respond within 1-2 business days.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

BULK & CLINIC ORDERS
