This lightweight aluminum cart has a 540 punch card capacity with a standard key lock, and features a narcotics box located in the top drawer for an added level of security for storage of opioids and addictive medications. Medication carts that look like furniture, including the WV540PC-AN, are designed for long term care facilities or other settings where a homelike feel is desired. This puts patients at greater ease and helps to promote culture change initiatives towards person-centered home care. Each cart features steel ball-bearing full extension drawer slides, a pull-out shelf and premium 5″ rubber casters for optimal mobility.
