The Harloff MH4100B-AC is a compact, single-drawer Malignant Hyperthermia cart built around a 2.4 cubic foot Accucold laboratory-grade refrigerator — designed to stage every MH emergency supply exactly where an anesthesia or OR team needs it, in line with AANA and MHAUS recommendations for immediate access to MH treatment materials during a crisis.

The built-in Accucold FF28LWHMED2 refrigerator keeps insulin, cold packs, and chilled saline for IV infusion or gastric/peritoneal/rectal irrigation at a controlled, monitored temperature, with a keylockable door and digital display separate from the cart's own drawer lock. Above the refrigerator, a single 3-inch drawer with a breakaway lock holds syringes, IV supplies, catheters, NG tubes, and filters — secured for routine storage, but built to release instantly under pressure when seconds matter.

The cart itself is a 20-gauge powder-coated steel frame with a removable plastic top, ships with casters pre-installed, and is available in more than twenty standard Harloff finish colors. Its smaller single-drawer footprint makes it a good fit for satellite ORs, procedure rooms, or any space where the larger two- and three-drawer MH carts won't fit.
