The Harloff MH4300K-AC pairs the same three-drawer MH4300 cart body used across Harloff's malignant hyperthermia lineup with a 2.4 cubic foot Accucold medical-grade refrigerator and key-locking security throughout. It's built to stage every malignant hyperthermia response item — dantrolene, cold saline, insulin, syringes, catheters, NG tubes, and filters — in one dedicated, always-ready location near the OR, PACU, or procedure suite, in line with AANA and MHAUS guidance for MH-prepared facilities.

The Accucold FF28LWHMED2 refrigerator delivers 2.4 cubic feet of monitored cold storage with a top-mounted control panel so staff can verify temperature without opening the door and disturbing the cold chain. It runs on environmentally responsible, non-CFC R134a refrigerant. Above it, three 3″ drawers (23″W x 17″D interior) hold the room-temperature side of the MH protocol — syringes, catheters, NG tubes, charcoal filters, and other emergency supplies — each secured with a key lock, along with the refrigerator itself, for facilities that prefer key-controlled access over a breakaway seal.

Cart construction is 20-gauge powder-coated steel with a removable antimicrobial plastic top, and the cart ships fully assembled with wheels installed — ready to stock and stage on delivery. As one of Harloff's 4300-series carts, the MH4300K-AC ships in the leaner, no-accessory configuration: it does not include the wire basket, waste container, or chart-holder package bundled with Harloff's 5300-series carts, keeping the cost down for facilities that already have those items or don't need them.
