The Harloff MH5100B-AC is the most compact cart in Harloff's malignant hyperthermia (MH) lineup — a single-drawer design built around a 2.4 cubic foot Accucold medical-grade refrigerator for facilities that want dedicated MH response storage without the footprint of a multi-drawer cart. It's designed to keep the essentials of a malignant hyperthermia protocol — cold saline, insulin, dantrolene, and a set of emergency supplies — staged in one place near the OR, PACU, or procedure suite, consistent with AANA and MHAUS recommendations.

The Accucold FF28LWHMED2 refrigerator provides 2.4 cubic feet of monitored cold storage with a top-mounted control panel that lets staff check the temperature without opening the door, and it runs on non-CFC R134a refrigerant. A single 3″ drawer (23″W x 17″D interior) above the refrigerator holds syringes, catheters, and other frequently-needed supplies.
