The Harloff MH5100K-AC is a single-drawer malignant hyperthermia (MH) cart built around a 2.4 cubic foot Accucold medical-grade refrigerator and secured entirely with key locks — the key-locking counterpart to Harloff's MH5100B-AC. It's sized for facilities that want compact, dedicated MH response storage — cold saline, insulin, dantrolene, and core emergency supplies — staged near the OR, PACU, or procedure suite, in line with AANA and MHAUS guidance. The Accucold FF28LWHMED2 refrigerator delivers 2.4 cubic feet of monitored cold storage with a top-mounted control panel for checking temperature without opening the door, running on non-CFC R134a refrigerant. A single 3″ drawer (23″W x 17″D interior) sits above the refrigerator for room-temperature supplies. Both the drawer and refrigerator are secured with key locks rather than a breakaway seal, for facilities that prefer key-controlled access to MH cart contents.

The MH5100K-AC ships as a fully-accessorized cart, including a large wire basket, a waste container with mounting bracket, and two large chart/document holders standard — no need to source accessories separately to put the cart into service.
