The Harloff MH4100K Cart is the compact, single-drawer configuration in Harloff's Malignant Hyperthermia cart family, built around the same 1.8 cubic foot Follett® REF2 medical-grade refrigerator used across the line, paired with one 3" secured drawer. It's designed for facilities that want dedicated MH-ready refrigerated storage close to the OR or PACU without dedicating a full multi-drawer cart's worth of floor space — ideal for smaller anesthesia workrooms, satellite surgery centers, or as a second/backup MH station alongside a larger cart elsewhere in the facility.

The built-in Follett REF2 refrigerator provides reliable, monitored cold storage for insulin, cold packs, and cold saline solution used for IV infusion and/or gastric, peritoneal, or rectal irrigation — exactly the cold-chain items an MH response protocol calls for. The single drawer and the refrigerator door both lock with a traditional key, and everything ships pre-assembled with casters already installed, so the cart is ready to roll into position and stock the moment it arrives.

Built from 20-gauge powder-coated steel with a removable plastic top for easy cleaning, the MH4100K measures a space-efficient 45.5"H x 37.5"W x 26"D and weighs 175 lbs net — noticeably more compact than the two-drawer MH4200 series while still offering a full 23"W x 17"D drawer for injectables, syringes, catheters, NG tubes, and filters. It's available in more than twenty color finishes.

Harloff backs the MH4100K with its standard 12-year manufacturer's warranty on US and Canada shipments (5-year on other international shipments) and a 1-year limited warranty on bought-out parts like the refrigerator. As shipped, the cart includes no accessories; optional add-ons — a wire basket, side storage cabinets, chart/document holders, and a waste container with mounting bracket — are available to customize the cart to your protocol.
