The Harloff MH4300B Malignant Hyperthermia Cart is a no-accessories, ready-to-stock version of Harloff's three-drawer MH cart, built around a lab-quality Follett® REF2 1.8 cubic foot medical-grade refrigerator. Three 3″ drawers and the refrigerator secure with breakaway locks — designed to snap open quickly under the pressure of an actual MH crisis — and the refrigerator can alternatively be key-locked if a facility prefers to keep medications under a separate key. It's built to hold dantrolene, sterile water, syringes, IV supplies, insulin, cold packs, and saline together, at the right temperature, close to the OR.

The Follett REF2 refrigerator is stainless steel inside and out, uses non-CFC R134a refrigerant with forced-air cooling, and gives staff an LED exterior display with user-programmable temperature settings. Epoxy-coated wire shelves adjust in ½″ increments and the door is field-reversible. The cart body is 20-gauge powder-coated steel, ships ready to use with casters already installed, and includes a removable plastic top; this particular listing ships with no bundled accessories, keeping the base cost down for departments that already have wire baskets, waste containers, or chart holders on hand.
