The MR6B is constructed only from non-magnetic or “weakly magnetic” materials such as aluminum while meeting the requirements laid out by the ASTM for an International Designation of MR-Conditional for use in a 3 Tesla or less enviroment. 2010 ASTM testing of the MR6B resulted in the cart receiving a F2503-05 definition of “MR-Conditional”.
