The Harloff AL600PCSP-EKC pairs an all-aluminum punch card medication cart with electronic keypad access, giving long-term care and nursing home pharmacies a lighter-weight alternative to steel punch card carts without giving up capacity or security. The dual-column cabinet holds up to 750 punch cards and is finished in a heat-sealed powder coat over painted aluminum, keeping the fully-loaded cart easier to push through halls and around corners than a comparable steel model.

Access is controlled by an Electronic Keypad Cover (EKC) lock with BEST® brand key-lock override, so staff can enter a PIN for routine access while supervisors retain a physical key override for backup entry. Drawers automatically re-lock after a pre-set, programmable interval, and the keypad runs on six D batteries rated for a minimum of one year of service. The single-wide narcotics drawer is separately secured with an Illinois lock, keeping controlled substances isolated from general punch card stock.

This SP (Specialty Package) configuration adds a curated set of accessories on top of the base cart: a 68640-P1 drawer tray with dividers, a #680551 small drawer divider set, an AL680436 waste container with lid, and an LKSHRPHOLD5Q locking sharps container — plus a pull-out shelf and adjustable punch card row dividers to organize cards by dosing schedule.
