Track Your Order
Tracking your Mediplies order takes just a few seconds. Because we ship directly from the manufacturer, your tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Two ways to track your order
1. Check your shipping email
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a “Track Shipment” button that links straight to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Look in your inbox — and please check your spam folder too.
2. Log into your account
View every order and its tracking in one place.
Good to know
- Orders containing items from different manufacturers may arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking number.
- Tracking appears once your order has shipped — larger equipment can take a few business days to dispatch.
