The Harloff AL420BOXSP is an all-aluminum unit-dose medication box cart built to hold a full 420-box inventory across a dual-column layout, with a BEST® brand lock securing the main cabinet and a separate Illinois lock dedicated to the narcotics drawer. The left column carries a 4" multipurpose drawer plus nine 3.25" drawers with internal dividers sized for unit-dose boxes; the right column carries its own 4" multipurpose drawer, a dedicated 9.75" locking narcotics drawer, and two additional 9.75" multipurpose storage drawers. Dividers are available to match whatever medication packaging format a facility runs, and every drawer moves on ball-bearing, full-extension, self-closing slides so nothing sticks or slams during a busy pass. This SP configuration adds a pull-out shelf, giving staff a stable surface to set a med cup, scanner, or paperwork on mid-round without balancing it on top of the cart.
