The Brewer Access High-Low Exam Table (Model 6000) is a pneumatic-back general exam table built around one core advantage: an 18-inch seated transfer height that lets patients move from a standard wheelchair onto the table at the same level, without a lift or an awkward step-up. That ADA-compliant low position, combined with grab bars that rotate nearly 180 degrees, makes this table a strong fit for family practice, internal medicine, orthopedics, or any exam room that needs to serve patients with limited mobility alongside a general population.
Beyond the low-transfer height, the table raises to a full 39 inches for provider ergonomics, with a pneumatic backrest that adjusts for patient positioning and a foot-operated control so staff never have to bend over or reach across the patient to change height. Brewer's exclusive SafeGlide leg extension slides out 21 inches with minimal effort, extending the table from 57 inches to a full 78 inches for taller patients, and folds away just as easily when not needed.
