The Harloff 6025E Deluxe Cast Cart is a stainless steel, eight-drawer cast and splinting cart built for the pace of an ED, urgent care, or orthopedic casting room, finished with Harloff's basic electronic pushbutton lock so the cart can be secured with a code instead of a key that walks off during a shift change. The lock ships with a factory-set user code and supervisor code and can be reprogrammed in the field, with a key-lock override kept in reserve for backup access.
Inside the stainless steel cabinet, eight drawers break down into one 3" drawer with a black vinyl mat, ideal for wet or messy supplies, five 3" drawers each with four adjustable dividers, and two 6" drawers each with four adjustable dividers, giving techs fine control over how casting and splinting supplies are organized within a 23"W x 17"D internal footprint. The base cabinet measures 43"H x 38"W x 21"D.
The Deluxe Package brings a full set of casting-room accessories along with the cabinet: a stainless steel folding side shelf for extra working surface on demand, a stainless steel side storage cabinet with a scissors cable to keep tools tethered, a stainless bucket holder with vinyl mat and a swivel tourniquet/pump pole for wet-cast workflow, a 24" stainless ruler etched directly into the top surface, and an aluminum towel bar, so a tech never has to leave the cart mid-cast to hunt down a tool. Corner bumpers and 5" ball-bearing casters (one tracking, one with brake) let the cart take daily impact without showing it, and the whole unit is latex-free.
