Harloff's Malignant Hyperthermia (MH) Cart line gives anesthesia and surgical departments a dedicated, always-ready response station for malignant hyperthermia events, a rare but life-threatening reaction that requires immediate access to Dantrolene, IV supplies, and refrigerated medications the moment it's recognized. Built to AANA and MHAUS recommendations for keeping MH supplies organized and immediately available, each cart combines secured drawer storage with a built-in medical-grade refrigerator, so the full MH response kit lives in one mobile unit that can be stationed right in or near the OR.

This listing includes multiple MH cart configurations so you can match the cart to your department's drawer and refrigerator needs. Refrigerator capacity ranges from a compact 1.0 cubic foot up to 1.8 cubic feet with Harloff's stainless steel Follett® medical-grade refrigerator (configurations with an "-AC" designation instead use a 2.4 cubic foot Accucold® refrigerator for higher-volume cold storage). Follett refrigerators feature a heavy-duty, quiet compressor with forced-air cooling, non-CFC R134a refrigerant, a cylinder door lock that supports Joint Commission medication storage standards, a field-reversible door, epoxy-coated wire shelves adjustable in 1/2" increments, and an exterior LED display showing temperature and alarm status. Drawer counts range from a single top drawer up to three, and lock hardware includes key lock, breakaway lock (with numbered breakaway seals for tamper evidence), or electronic lock depending on configuration.

Every MH cart is constructed from 20-gauge powder-coated steel, ships ready to use with casters and a hospital-grade plug and cord installed, and includes a removable antimicrobial plastic top. Fully-equipped configurations arrive with a waste container and mounting bracket, a large wire storage basket, and two large chart/document holders, everything needed to build out a complete MH response station without ordering accessories separately. Optional left- and right-side storage cabinets with locking doors and adjustable shelves (MH-SIDECABL / MH-SIDECABR) can add further supply storage.
