The Harloff MH4100K-AC is a single-drawer Malignant Hyperthermia cart built around a 2.4 cubic foot Accucold laboratory-grade refrigerator, giving anesthesia and OR teams immediate access to MH emergency supplies in line with AANA and MHAUS staging guidelines. It shares its footprint and refrigerator with the MH4100B-AC, but swaps the breakaway lock for Harloff's standard key lock on both the drawer and the refrigerator, a better fit for departments that prefer a single dedicated key over pop-open breakaway hardware.

The built-in Accucold FF28LWHMED2 refrigerator holds insulin, cold packs, and chilled saline for IV infusion or gastric/peritoneal/rectal irrigation at a controlled, monitored temperature, with its own keylockable door and digital display. A single 3-inch key-locked drawer above the refrigerator stores syringes, IV supplies, catheters, NG tubes, and filters, keeping every MH protocol item in one secured, mobile unit.

Built on a 20-gauge powder-coated steel frame with a removable plastic top, the cart ships with casters pre-installed and is available in more than twenty standard Harloff finish colors. Its compact single-drawer size suits satellite ORs, procedure rooms, and any space where a larger MH cart won't fit.
