Harloff's MH4200BSHELL gives you the malignant hyperthermia cart frame and drawers without the refrigerator; the open compartment is designed for a Follett REF2 1.8 cu ft model. It has two 3" drawers with breakaway locks.
Two drawers give room for dantrolene vials in one and IV start supplies in the other. Hospital ORs that prefer pop-open seals over keys during a crisis often specify this layout.
