The Harloff Sure-Dry 44-inch Scope Drying Cabinet is a positive-pressure, HEPA-filtered drying system built for high-volume GI and endoscopy reprocessing areas that need to store and dry multiple scopes safely between procedures. Built in heat-sealed, low-carbon powder-coated steel with tempered-glass double doors, the cabinet holds up to 16 endoscopes on a secure, adjustable mounting system (an 8-scope wide-spacing configuration is also available for departments that want more room between each scope).

What makes the Sure-Dry system stand out is its airflow design: three intake fans at the top and two exhaust fans at the base create a push/pull vortex — an industry first, according to Harloff. Air enters through HEPA filters (removing 99.7% of particulates down to .03 microns), circulates around every hanging scope, and exits through the bottom exhaust fans, fully exchanging the air inside the cabinet four times per minute. Fan run time is fully adjustable and automatically activates every time the doors are closed, so drying starts without staff having to set anything manually.

Maintenance is built around actually being used, not just installed: the HEPA filter can be replaced without removing a single scope from the cabinet, and a removable drip tray at the base makes daily cleanup simple. The cabinet is also “Plug and Play” upgradeable to Harloff's Dri-Scope Aid internal lumen drying system, so a department can start with cabinet-level drying and add channel-level drying later without replacing the unit. The system meets or exceeds Joint Commission, AORN, SGNA, and AAMI guidelines, including the current ANSI/AAMI ST91:2021 standard for flexible endoscope reprocessing.
