Harloff's Standard Line Med-Bin Cart is the workhorse of long-term care medication passes, a dual-column steel cart built to organize 36 individual medications in labeled, 5-inch bins while keeping controlled substances locked down separately. This ELP configuration upgrades the cabinet lock to an electronic keypad with proximity badge reader, so nurses tap a badge instead of hunting for keys mid-round, while a BEST-brand key override guarantees access even if the electronics ever need service.

The left column holds nine 3.25-inch bin drawers (four 5-inch bins each, 36 bins total) plus one 4-inch multipurpose drawer, all pre-fitted with dividers and labels so the cart is ready to load on delivery. The right column separates general supplies from controlled substances: two 9.75-inch multipurpose drawers plus a single-width narcotics drawer secured by its own independent Illinois lock, a documented, dual-lock chain of custody that satisfies most state board of pharmacy requirements for long-term care.

Up to 250 individual user access codes can be programmed into the CompX electronic lock, with drawers automatically re-locking after a preset access window, no manual re-locking step for busy staff to forget.
