The Harloff MH4302K-AC is a malignant hyperthermia (MH) emergency cart built around a mixed-drawer layout, one 3″ drawer and one 6″ drawer, giving anesthesia and OR teams both a shallow drawer for small, frequently-grabbed items (syringes, ampules, filters) and a deeper drawer for bulkier MH-protocol supplies (IV sets, tubing, larger dressing packs) on the same cart. The built-in refrigerator is Harloff's medical-grade Accucold FF28LWHMED2, offering 2.4 cubic feet of monitored cold storage with a top-mounted control panel so staff can check the temperature without breaking the seal on the door. It runs on non-CFC R134a refrigerant and is purpose-rated for the cold saline, insulin, and cold-pack storage a malignant hyperthermia protocol calls for. Both the refrigerator and the two drawers are secured with a key lock rather than a breakaway seal, giving facilities tighter, key-controlled access to contents that may include controlled or high-value medications.
Cart construction is Harloff's standard 20-gauge powder-coated steel body with a removable antimicrobial plastic top, and the cart ships fully assembled with casters installed so it can be staged and stocked immediately.
