The Harloff MH4302K Malignant Hyperthermia Cart pairs a lab-quality Follett® REF2 1.8 cubic foot medical-grade refrigerator with two storage drawers — one 3″ and one 6″ — giving departments room for both small items like vials and syringes and bulkier IV sets or irrigation supplies in the same compact cart. Both the drawers and the refrigerator secure with Harloff's key-lock system, keeping dantrolene, sterile water, insulin, cold packs, and saline together and at the correct temperature close to the OR.

The Follett REF2 refrigerator is stainless steel inside and out, runs on non-CFC R134a refrigerant with forced-air cooling, and includes an LED exterior display with user-programmable temperature settings so staff can verify safe storage without opening the door. Interior shelving is epoxy-coated and adjustable in ½″ increments, and the door is field-reversible. The cart is built from 20-gauge powder-coated steel, ships ready to use with casters installed, and is topped with a removable plastic work surface.
