The Harloff MH4200E Malignant Hyperthermia Cart is the compact two-drawer version of Harloff's MH-series treatment cart, built around the same lab-quality Follett® REF2 1.8 cubic foot medical-grade refrigerator used across the line. Two 3″ drawers give quick access to syringes, catheters, NG tubes, and filters, while the refrigerator keeps dantrolene, sterile water, insulin, and saline at a monitored, safe temperature in the same mobile footprint, useful where floor space is tighter than a full three-drawer cart allows.
Drawers close with an electronic push-button lock for fast staff access, and the refrigerator locks independently with its own key cylinder so temperature-sensitive medications stay secured apart from general supplies. The refrigerator itself is stainless steel inside and out, runs on non-CFC R134a refrigerant with forced-air cooling, and includes an LED exterior display with user-programmable temperature settings, epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelving in ½″ increments, and a field-reversible door.
The cart body is 20-gauge powder-coated steel, ships ready to use with casters already installed, and is topped with a removable plastic work surface. Optional accessories, a wire basket, a wall-mount waste container, chart/document holders, and locking side storage cabinets, can be added to match how a given department stocks its MH cart.
