The Harloff MH4200E is a compact two-drawer malignant hyperthermia cart fitted with a Follett REF2 1.8 cu ft medical-grade refrigerator. The drawers use an electronic push-button lock, while the refrigerator keeps its own key cylinder.
It fits hospital ORs and ambulatory surgery centers that want code-based drawer access without the floor space of a three-drawer cart. Keeping dantrolene, sterile water, insulin, and saline together on one mobile unit cuts response time during an MH event.
