The Harloff VF4300K-AC Mobile Vaccine Cart is a purpose-built cold-chain storage solution developed for high-volume vaccination programs, pairing a dedicated medical-grade freezer compartment with three 3" secured storage drawers on one mobile cart. It's designed to solve the exact logistics problem every vaccination clinic faces: keeping temperature-sensitive vaccine stock, and the syringes, masks, gauze, and ancillary supplies used to administer it, within arm's reach of the person giving the shot, instead of making staff walk back and forth to a separate pharmacy freezer between patients.
The onboard freezer holds vaccines down to -20°C in a lab and medical-grade compartment with interior dimensions of 18.5"H x 13.5"W x 13"D, and includes user-programmable audible and visual high/low temperature alarms so staff are alerted immediately if the unit drifts out of range. A hospital-grade power strip with a 15-foot cord ships with the cart, and both the three drawers and the freezer door are secured with a traditional key lock. This same cart platform is also available as a refrigerator (model VR4300K-AC) for facilities that need chilled rather than frozen vaccine storage.
Built with a fully welded, heat-sealed powder-coat steel body and drawers, the cart measures 51.5"H x 37.5"W x 26"D and weighs 151 lbs net, with each drawer offering 23"W x 17"D of secured interior storage for syringes, alcohol wipes, masks, gauze, and other vaccination-day supplies. An antimicrobial, removable plastic top makes wipe-down disinfection quick between shifts, and the cart ships fully assembled with casters already installed. It's available in more than twenty color finish options.
Harloff backs the cart with a 12-year manufacturer's warranty plus a 1-year limited warranty on bought-out components such as the freezer unit.
