The Harloff SL42BIN3-EKC is a Standard Line med-bin cart sized for facilities running shorter dosing cycles: its dual-column cabinet holds 42 medication bins, each 3.5" wide and sized for 7-day cassettes, so a full week of bin-packaged medications can be organized, loaded, and delivered on a single cart. As with the rest of the Standard Line, the cabinet is painted steel with aluminum drawers and a heat-sealed powder coat finish built for long-term institutional use.

An Electronic Keypad Cover (EKC) lock secures the cabinet with PIN access and a BEST® brand key-lock override for supervisor or backup entry, while the single-wide narcotics drawer is independently secured with an Illinois lock. The left column carries one 4" multipurpose drawer, seven 3.25" bin drawers (six bins each), and two 3.25" multipurpose drawers with adjustable dividers; the right column adds a 4" multipurpose drawer, the locking narcotics drawer, and two more 9.75" multipurpose drawers for bulkier supplies.

Every drawer glides on ball-bearing, full-extension slides, and a painted pull-out shelf gives staff a stable surface for preparing a medication pass. The cart's plastic replaceable top with integrated push handles and protective corner bumpers keep it protected through daily use, while 5" ball-bearing rubber casters (two with toe-locking brakes) keep it controlled in motion.
