The Harloff SureDry 36" Wide Scope Drying Cabinet (SC8036TKDP-16) is a purpose-built endoscope storage and drying solution engineered for sterile processing departments, GI/endoscopy suites, and surgery centers that need to keep flexible scopes clean, dry, and biofilm-free between procedures. This heat-sealed powder-coat steel cabinet holds up to 16 endoscopes on a secure, adjustable mounting system compatible with major scope brands including Fuji, Olympus, Pentax, and Karl Storz, and its roll-up tambour door with an integrated key lock keeps every scope accounted for and protected between uses.

At the core of the SureDry line is Harloff's industry-best positive-pressure HEPA filtered drying system — a fully redundant setup with two high-volume intake fans and one exhaust fan that replaces the air inside the cabinet up to four times per minute. The HEPA filter captures 99.7% of particulates down to 0.03 microns, and fan run time is fully adjustable and automatically activates every time the cabinet door is closed, so scopes dry consistently without staff managing a separate timer. Every SureDry cabinet is also designed as a "plug-and-play" platform for Harloff's Dri-Scope Aid® internal lumen drying system, so a facility can add true internal-channel drying now or retrofit it later without replacing the cabinet.

Built and finished at Harloff's Colorado Springs, Colorado facility, the cabinet measures 93.625"H x 36"W x 24"D and is delivered fully assembled and ready to install. The roll-up tambour door recesses into the cabinet ceiling and features a center-mounted ergonomic handle, so staff never have to bend or stoop to open or close it, and a removable drip tray underneath makes daily cleanup fast. HEPA filters are held in place with simple thumb screws for quick swaps that don't interrupt turnover between cases.

This cabinet is designed to meet or exceed Joint Commission, AORN, SGNA, and current ANSI/AAMI ST91:2021 guidelines for preventing biofilm growth in flexible endoscopes, making it a strong fit for any facility working to stay ahead of scope-reprocessing survey requirements.
