6025E-TC Cast Cart

The Harloff 6025E-TC is a purpose-built orthopedic cast cart, designed with orthopedic technicians to organize splinting and casting supplies for fast, efficient treatment of fractures, sprains, and strains. The cart pairs a stainless steel eight-drawer cabinet with a painted aluminum top compartment (sized to hold BSN® and 3M® casting supplies), giving your team both secured drawer storage and open shelf access in one mobile unit. A basic electronic pushbutton lock secures the cabinet, with a factory-set user and supervisor code that can be reprogrammed in the field, plus a key lock override for backup access.

The eight-drawer configuration includes one 3" drawer with a black vinyl mat, five additional 3" drawers each with four adjustable dividers, and two 6" drawers also with four adjustable dividers — giving you dedicated, organized space for casting materials, padding, tape, and instruments of different sizes. Internal drawer space measures 23"W x 17"D. Beyond the drawers, the cart comes fully equipped for casting procedures: a stainless steel folding side shelf, a stainless steel side storage cabinet, a scissors security cable, a stainless steel bucket holder with vinyl mat, a swivel tourniquet/pump pole, a 24" stainless steel ruler etched into the cart top, and an aluminum towel bar.

Overall cart dimensions are 43"H x 44"W x 21"D, growing to 66"H x 44"W x 21"D with the top compartment installed, at a net weight of 226 lbs. The cart rolls on 5" ball-bearing casters (one tracking, one with brake) with ball-bearing full-extension drawer slides, corner bumpers to protect walls and doorframes, and latex-free construction throughout. If your facility prefers a different security approach, this same cart platform is also available with breakaway lock or standard key lock hardware.
