This Wolf X-Ray Large Safe T Lite mobile radiation barrier (75"H x 49"W) gives technologists and radiologists a full-body shield they can position at the bedside or in the control area and roll to the next room in seconds.
A 30" x 48" clear lead-glass viewing window (1.6mm lead-equivalent protection) keeps the patient in full view during the exposure, while the opaque lower panel (1.6mm LEP) shields the operator's body. The shatter-resistant, laminated glass construction holds up to daily use far better than acrylic barriers, which can cloud, scratch and yellow over time.
Locking casters let staff position the barrier exactly where needed and lock it in place to prevent creeping during use, then release it to move between exam rooms, fluoroscopy suites or portable X-ray setups.
